INSIGHT Corporate Governance Germany (ICGG) provides a monthly survey in English and German of the corporate-governance scene in Germany. ICGG will present current developments in the political and academic debate, and show whether and how companies are complying with models of good corporate governance in their conduct. ICGG is a platform for debate and for opinion contributions on the theme of Corporate Governance, as well as giving information on capital measures and an overview of changes in holdings, on boards and on Supervisory Boards.
